Kids don't have fun like we used to. Their loss our headache.

I remember the day when we were playing a board game and wanted to listen to music we turned on the radio. Sometimes we had records playing on the Hifi. We didn't sit on the floor and lose ourselves in video games. We played cards or board games at a table. The whole family joined in. It wasn't you against the underworld. The best game was RISK. For those who have never heard of it before, it is a game where you play others to take over the world. Now everything has changed. First of all most families don't have enough kids. Most families I knew growing up had at least 3. Now kids are busy and parents are both working. Technology is taking over as babysitters for children. My grandson was in his room on the phone with one of his buddies. He wanted to know does xbox 360 support ipod touch. He came out to grab a soda. He started to complain to me that the new Iphone he bought can not be tied into his xbox. I think he has too much technology and not enough human interaction. But what does Grammy know.
