When demand is high and supply is also high, it means that the suppliers will do all in their power to see to it that what they give to their clients is of high quality and also the prices are very likely to come down. This has happened many times and at times when the supply is higher than the demand, losses are incurred since you as the supplier will sell your goods or services at a throw away price. This is why it is good for one to make sure that you read the market trends so that you do not get losses in your business at all. One area that has seen major drops in prices is the Electronics section. This is because many companies now make electronics so the supply is very large compared to the demand that is there. One of the reason that has made the demand to go down is because if you have a computer, you can do combined things on it so you may not need a television. The suppliers should now be creative than before.
